关于短期出国交流（10个月）DS2019表的问题 已有1人参与

***********Documents Needed to process DS2019 request**************** 1) Copy of passport and copy of any dependents that may accompany you. 2) Completed DS2019 3) Signed/Dated CV 4)Proof of financial support: Must be at least $2197.50 per month/$26,370 per year and MUST be stated in U.S. dollars. Should any dependents accompany you, will need proof of $375 per month/$4500 per year PER dependent. 5) Address where to Federal Express DS2019 form to when ready: Must include a phone number and zip code as Federal Express will not deliver without this. **** AND very important each will have to show proof of health insurance coverage and repatriation coverage when they arrive and check in with ISSS**** 外导提出的要求，第一次出国，请前辈指点！！ |
