第一次投稿SSci上传稿件出现问题，请大侠不吝赐教！ 已有1人参与

本人第一次投国外SSci上传稿件把整个稿件整体上传了，编辑发来信件，要重新上传，但本人有些没看明白，请大侠赐教：1.上传有栏问是否经过伦理批准，我说是，但本人就是在医院发问卷调查结果统计的书写，需要谁批准呢？不太明白？2.说要变成小标题上传论文，那么分成几个小标题上传呢，还是就把表格单列一个文件，其他的一个文件上传就可以了？我看上传附件列了三个？3.哈弗的参考文献要求是啥样式的，括号里写啥呢？4.另外有关摘要需要做哪些方面修改呢？和国内不同吗我的是摘要是按目的、方法、结果、结论写的？本人英语差，没投过国外的，非常着急现在把编辑的信附上，请大侠帮忙？十分感谢！Your manuscript JNM-14-0098 entitled "Contrast Study on the Correlation of Job Burnout of Nurses" has been temporarily unsubmitted as it requires minor formatting adjustments before it can proceed. Please remove any author details and acknowledgements from the main document, in order to ensure anonymity. - Sources of Funding Please include a statement about your sources of funding in your title page. The sources of funding statement should cover institutional support, non-commercial grants, commercial support, and support in kind and should be included even if no funding has been received. - Ethical Approval You have stated that your study received ethical approval from an institutional review board. Please specify the ethical approval number and the name of the review board that approved your study in the Ethical Approval section of the submission questions, and include these details in your manuscript. - Implications for Nursing Management section The Journal of Nursing Management requires all structured abstracts to include a section entitled 'Implications for Nursing Management'. This section should outline the implications of the manuscript for nurse managers and/or nursing management, and also what the manuscript adds to current knowledge. I would be very grateful if you could add a few sentences detailing the above to the bottom of your abstract and then re-submit your manuscript. - References Text references should follow the Harvard system, i.e., they should be placed in the text in parenthesis with author name(s) and year of publication e.g., (Miles 1993). Where there are three or more authors, the first author's name followed by 'et al' will suffice e.g., (Smith et al. 1996). 从编辑要求来看，你需要修改： 1 做一个title page，里面包括题目、字数（不包括表格）、作者名、职位和单位、通讯作者地址电话email、基金说明。正文中要去除作者信息和致谢（通常写基金）部分。 2 基金来源。在title page里写清基金来源 3 Ethical Approval。"你声明你的研究得到了Ethical Approval，请在投稿的Ethical Approval部分提供Ethical Approval编号和评审委员会的名字，并在文章中说明。"对这个不了解，不过你如果没有进行Ethical Approval最好还是不要选是 4 与nursing management的关系。该期刊要求在摘要中包括一个部分，Implications for Nursing Management，这个部分需要概述文章与nurse managers and/or nursing management的关系，也要说明文章对目前知识增加了什么。 5 参考文献。正文中引用需要用括号里面加作者名和发表年的方式。文末参考文献以作者首字母顺序排列。你可以找以前发表的论文，看看里面参考文献是怎么处理的。 |
