Abstract: Patriotism  education of contemporary college or university  students of the  new era  is now facing new challenges and  problems and  how to find an  effective path is of great importance  . This paper discussed the importance of patriotism path  and the current situation of  college or university  students  patriotic  education to explore the main path of college students' patriotic education. Overseas patriotic education  path   were also thought  over and taken in for reference  .Our study showed that   in contemporary society, the only path to effectively improve college students' patriotism  is to investigate patriotic education of college or university  students  tirelessly .
