| 液压系统最基本的要求就是不漏油，但起重机产品在应用卡套式液压管接头之初，因装配方法的不可控，造成了大量漏油故障。不但引起下线员工抱怨，也延长了交货期。经过两个多月的努力，在多次试验及改进下，终于找到了一种可控、可靠的装配方法，有效的解决了卡套接头频发漏油的问题，提高了产品质量。 |

| The most basic requirement of crane hydraulic system is oil tight and the early not-controllable-assembly-method resulted in a large number of oil spills at the beginning of the application of sleeve hydraulic pipe coupling, which not only caused downline employees complain, but also to extend the delivery time. After two months' efforts and a great number of tests and improvements, we finally found a controllable and reliable assembly method which provided effective solution with the frequent oil spills problems of sleeve coupling and improved product quality. |
