I studied Computer Science in Jiangsu Institute of Science and Technology, and graduated with a Bachelor/ Master's Degree in July, 2006. I kept a good academic record in school, and with good English skills and professional competance, successfully passed National Computer Rank Examination band-3 and College English Test band-6. I am good at brightening team atmosphere and motivating team members, which has been proved by students activities that I hosted in school. After leaving school, I worked as a senior manager in customer service at municipal level in Yancheng Branch, Jiangsu Mobile, engaging in marketing and business planning in education. In 2007, thanks to the effort of the team, in which I played a leading role, our great performance was proved by a sharp increse in our monthly income, which raised from under 300 thousand to over 2 million. I have good social skills, working experience in enterprise among Globle Top 500, ability to carry out market scale analysis and aftersale service, properly deal with customer complaint and inquiry, and good working spirit such as diligence and dedication. I believe these qualities will make me a competent manager. |
