求助一段摘要翻译!求翻译成英文! 摘要 催化裂化油浆是分馏塔底油,含有少量催化剂粉末,为防止结焦以及维持装置的热平衡,许多炼厂采用外甩油浆的办法解决这一矛盾,中国每年FCC(催化裂化)外甩油浆高达750万吨以上,大量的外甩油浆一般作为廉价的锅炉燃料,不仅浪费了能源,而且油浆中的固态粉末会粘附在炉膛中、管壁上,降低传热效率。油浆中含有催化剂粉尘、胶质、沥青质、稠环芳烃和烯烃,可利用油浆中大量高沸点的重芳烃、饱和烃制作活性炭纤维、橡—塑软化剂、高温导热油、环保型轮胎橡胶油;FCC油浆中的稠环芳烃进一步缩合可生产炭黑、针状焦。 本文在对催化裂化油浆和其中的平衡催化剂粉末的性质及其组成做了一定的分析后,对油浆的石油胶体分散体系进行了重新认识,将油浆看做以催化剂粉末作为分散相的核,在催化剂核以外包裹着沥青质作为分散相,并在沥青质以外由里到外按某种特性(芳香性、极性、溶解度参数)递减的规律构成分散相核的溶剂化层,分散介质则主要由某种特性最低的组分构成,并与分散相达成动态平衡形成一种稳定的胶体分散体系。在重新认识了油浆的这种胶体分散体系模型之后,将其考虑进催化裂化油浆溶剂精制脱粉末过程中。 文中分别进行了催化裂化油浆间歇式和连续式纯糠醛抽提实验,分别得到了糠醛作溶剂的最佳溶剂抽提条件。 在提出了新的油浆固含量测定方法并综合考虑了油浆的胶体分散体系理论模型和油浆抽提精制原理后,进行了催化裂化油浆过滤脱除催化剂粉末试验,提出了两种油浆溶剂精制联合过滤分离脱粉末方案:第一种方案为催化裂化油浆与糠醛混合后在操作温度为70℃,剂油比为4的实验条件下先萃取分离,再对抽出液和抽余液分别过滤催化剂粉末;第二种方案为先将催化裂化油浆与糠醛1:1混合加热到100℃,进行过滤后进入抽提塔与糠醛抽提(剂油比为3:1),抽提后的抽出液、抽余液分别回收糠醛后获得抽余油和抽出油,抽余油作为催化裂化原料返回催化裂化装置,抽出油作为橡胶填充油或沥青调和组分进行销售。 两种方案均能达到溶剂精制油浆,并脱除其中的催化剂粉末即对油浆进行综合利用的效果,可供炼厂在实际应用时针对其的装置实际情况以及相应的经济效益进行考量。 |

abstract: Catalytic cracking slurry is fractionator bottom oil, containing a small amount of catalyst powder, to prevent coking and maintain the device thermal equilibrium, many refineries to jilt slurry outside using the method to solve this contradiction, the FCC (FCC) each year on China to jilt slurry oil is as high as more than 7.5 million tons, a large number of outside general as cheap jilt slurry boiler fuel, not only waste the energy, and solid powder will adhere to in the furnace of slurry oil, on the wall, reduce the heat transfer efficiency. Slurry containing catalyst dust polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, colloid and asphaltene, and alkenes, can use a large amount of high boiling point heavy aromatics in slurry oil, saturated hydrocarbon production of activated carbon fiber, rubber, plastic, softener, high temperature heat conduction oil, green tire and rubber oil; Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in FCC slurry oil further condensation to produce carbon black, needle coke. Based on catalytic cracking slurry and the nature of the equilibrium catalyst powder and do some analysis, on the slurry oil colloid dispersed system, the slurry oil as with catalyst powder as the disperse phase nuclear, wrapped in the asphalt outside the catalyst nuclear as a dispersed phase, and in the asphalt outside from the inside out by certain properties (aromaticity, polarity, solubility parameter) the law of the diminishing of dispersed phase nuclear solvation layer, dispersion medium is mainly made up of some characteristics of the lowest component, and to reach a dynamic equilibrium with the dispersed phase forms a stable colloidal dispersion system. In a new sense of slurry system of the colloidal dispersion model, to be considered in catalytic cracking slurry oil solvent refining process of powder. Respectively in this paper has carried on the catalytic cracking slurry batch and continuous pure furfural extraction experiments, respectively obtained the optimum solvent extraction conditions of furfural as solvent. In new slurry solids determination method was put forward and to comprehensively consider the colloidal dispersion of the slurry system theory model and the slurry after extraction of refined principle, has carried on the FCC slurry oil filter removal catalyst powder test, put forward two kinds of slurry oil solvent refining joint filtration separation powder off plan: the first kind of plan for catalytic cracking slurry mixes with furfural in the operating temperature is 70 ℃, agent oil ratio of 4 under the experimental conditions of extraction separation first, then to extract and raffinate fluid filtration catalyst powder respectively; The second scheme first to catalytic cracking slurry mixed with furfural 1:1 heated to 100 ℃, after filtering into the extraction tower and the furfural extraction oil ratio 3:1 (agent), after the extraction of extract and raffinate fluid respectively after the recovery of furfural raffinate oil and extract oil, raffinate oil return to catalytic cracking unit as a feedstock for catalytic cracking, extract oil as rubber filling oil or tar harmonic components for sale. Two kinds of schemes can achieve solvent refined oil slurry, and removing the catalyst powder that is the effect of the comprehensive utilization of slurry oil available for refinery device in practical application for its actual situation and the corresponding economic benefits are tested. |
