| ligand pulse exposure是什么意思？原话是：Analysis of trafficking after ligand pulse exposure. 293GHR cells were incubated for 15 min with GH, B2036, and pegvisomant. Cells were then carefully rinsed, and the medium was replaced with ligand-free medium and incubated for 60 min before fixing and staining.
