| 保温建筑材料是具有高效保温节能、防水防潮、防火防腐于一体的新型建筑保温节能材料,隔热保温涂料涂刷在建筑墙体上,能有效防寒防冷,冷气寒气屏蔽率高,减少的热量流失,冬天可以提高室内温度。本文研究了以石膏为主要成分的建筑保温涂料的制备,在石膏中加入分散剂与气凝胶把石膏与气凝胶的性能综合在一起制备出保温的新型涂料。通过分析涂料的主要组分及其对涂料的性能的影响,加入一些辅助试剂来达到目标产物。通过简单的低温(40℃、50℃)与高温(180℃、260℃、390℃)测试对比确定了较好的配方比。结果表明,隔热效果随着温度的升高明显表现出来,当气凝胶的组分为25wt%时,在各个温度下都有明显的隔热效果。 |

Combining the functions of the parget and the Aerogel to produce the new coatings for heat preservation, we add dispersing agent and the Aerogel into the parget.通过分析涂料的主要组分及其对涂料的性能的影响,加入一些辅助试剂来达到目标产物。The target product is obtained by analyzing the main components and its impact to the coatings and adding some Auxiliary reagent.通过简单的低温(40℃、50℃)与高温(180℃、260℃、390℃)测试对比确定了较好的配方比。The appropriate ratio of all kinds of materials is determined after simple testing comparison in low temperate(40℃、50℃) and high temperate(180℃、260℃、390℃).结果表明,隔热效果随着温度的升高明显表现出来,当气凝胶的组分为25wt%时,在各个温度下都有明显的隔热效果。It is identified that the effect of heat insulation is strengthened with the increase of the temperate, and the coating has obvious heat insulation function when the components of the Aerogel in the coatings takes up 25wt%.
