自4.9发职位，已经收到了好几份简历了，会发现一些没有没有企业经验的候选人也热心的发简历我，首先感谢大家的信任，但这个职位是期望有5-10年的工作经验的，对人的要求很高，最好是先前做过研发，然后转去做实验室管理。合适的候选人我会花20-30分钟时间给您电话细聊的。

职位汇报的上级是一个美国人，所以英语要求流利。

Position: Lab Leader

Report to: Technical Manager, Everest Project
Location: Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct lab technicians to provide reliable analysis to operations.
Supervise Quality initiatives of the plant.
Provide lab analysis to EHS Manager to ensure safe, compliant plant operation as it pertains to environmental permits.
Provide technical oversight for the lab calibration/day technicians.
Analyze results and trends. Review information of lab operation and quality management with Production and Plant Manager.
Ensure the laboratory follows a strong safety program consistent with Company’s standards.
Create/instill a team environment within laboratory, and between lab and operations.
Supervise and direct lab to provide analytical support for plant technical issues and quality issues of customers and suppliers.
Develop lab operating procedures to ensure safe compliant lab operation with Company and Chinese regulations
Develop analytical methods for analysis of process and waste water streams for the facility.
Develop facility ISO-9001 procedures to attain certification for facility.
Facility leader for ISO-9001.
Represent new facility quality team within global Company network.
Work with US based lab leaders to ensure lab is following Company best practices for lab operations and analysis.

Main Requirements:

5-10+ years’ laboratory experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a chemical industry.
2+ years’ experience as a lab supervisor in a chemical plant or R&D laboratory.
Strong oral and written communication skill. Ability to convey ideas and results.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in various lab test methods and instruments such as GC, Karl Fischer titrators, UV spectrometer.
Experience in lab data system (LIMS).
Experience in quality management of a chemical manufacturing.
Experience in ISO-9001 and certification requirements
Experience in statistics analysis of lab methods and software to manage results.
Master’s in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Higher
