Technical Marketing Specialist ¸ÚλְÔ𣺠Contribute to the development of the BU strategy and specific application marketing plans Support global / regional product management on marketing activities and development of key customer relations / technical partnerships to drive market growth strategy (Pre-marketing, co-producer deals, FMCGs, ¡) Identify & evaluate new or existing application areas, set priorities regarding product portfolio developments and customer/prospect orientation and drive continuous optimization of BU products / applications to keep/improve competitive edge over time balancing existing/future needs/potential Steer day-to-day application development in shared and dedicated application centers and support product managers and SBU Technology Programming function in translating market needs in R&T projects (product developments, product phase outs, product cost price reductions) Provide technical service and process support to customer to optimize company's value proposition Manage handling and resolution of technical customers complaints and initiate and streamline technical service processes to secure customer satisfaction Secure corporate QESH objectives are met and compliance with product safety regulations and legislation issues Central management of technical data/information Support Sales with development of promotion/information packages and company value offers versus competition Requirements: ¸ÚλҪÇó£º Ñ§ÀúÒªÇ󣺱¾¿Æ»òÒÔÉÏÐÔ±ðÒªÇ󣺲»ÏÞÓïÑÔÒªÇó£ºÓ¢Óï + ÆÕͨ»°×¨ÒµÒªÇ󣺲»ÏÞÄêÁäÒªÇó£º20-40¹¤×÷ÄêÏÞ£º4ÄêÒÔÉÏ ÈÎÖ°×ʸñµÄ¾ßÌåÃèÊö£º University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Fluent in English • Minimum of 5-7 years¡¯ experience in chemistry and processing, focus on Technical Marketing or related area preferred Experience in industrial marketing • Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise. • Obtaining Information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or objective and commitment to achieve these goals / objectives • Planning and supporting the development of individuals' skills and abilities so that they can full fill current or future job/role responsibilities more effectively.
