[交流] Two PhD positions in the Ilmenau University of Technology in Germany 已有4人参与

There are 2 PhD positions at the Department (Chair) of Three-Dimensional Nanostrcuturing (Fachgebiet 3D-Nanostrukturierung, http://www.tu-ilmenau.de/nanostruk/) in the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Mirco- and Nanotechnology at the Ilmenau University of Technology.
We are looking for candidates within the following two research fields (requirments):
PhD position 1:Optical and/or optoelectric properties of nanostructures, mainly including Localized surface plasmon resonances (LSPRs) or electromic; Energy-related devices using functional nanostructures, such as solar-cells and solar water splittering cells.
PhD position 2: Background in chemistry, physics or materials science. The successful candidates must have experience in a relevant area of microfuidics, electronics and/or polymer sciences, with hand on experiences in microfabrication, surface modification, and/or theoretical simulation. The candidate will be integrated in an interdisciplinary and international group working on multifunctional materials and devices.
Other Requirements:
1)        These two positions are for Ph.D. students. However, scientists who have very strong background could also apply and the position could be changed to a postdoc position.
2)        Good presentation skills such as English (oral and written) are required. Candidates applying for the Ph.D. position should have 1 first-author publication or more in SCI-index journals.
