今年3月份投2014 International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics (SOPO 2014) 等了快一个月了，刚收到邮件说：Dear Authors,

Thank you very much for your submission to the 2014 International Symposium on Photonics and Optoelectronics (SOPO 2014).

Due to limits for students submission ratio in SPIE conference proceedings.  Could you change the first author and tell us the new first author's title？

Please make sure that your final paper is prepared in the standard format from our website (SPIE paper template). DO refine the use of English in your manuscript to ensure the higher thesis quality.

What's more, the paper length should be more than 4 pages in total.

之前投稿都没说这个问题，而且投稿截止日期已经变了好几次了，而且我看审稿状态根本没审，哎现在会议想多交钱直接说吧，还说这个那个原因！
