In january 1982,I took my first job as a professional technical personnel of the Forestry Machinery Research Institute,which was then incorporated into the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and have been engaged in professional and technical research ,development and promotion of forest products industry. Chaired and participated in more than twenty programs of research and development of forestry and wood processing machinery technology and marketing projects .Presided over more than twenty programs of forestry project feasibility study and business technology services. Published more than thirty scientific papers. Obtained four invention patents and five utility model patents. Researched and developed four key national new products. Gotten two third prize of Provincial Award of Scientific Research Advancement。
