急问，IOP投稿，为什么上传不了Word文件，总说服务器打不开我的文件 已有3人参与

如题，修稿后返修需提供word版本，上传时总提示“We were unable to upload the file(s) you specified because we detected that a file that you tried to upload, ×××.doc, will not open on our server. Please check the FAQ's for supported file types. You can try the upload again or contact Support for assistance. The Support contact information and FAQ's can be found by clicking the "Get Help Now" button in the upper-right corner of the screen.” 什么原因呀？急问！！！ |
