Of course we do! Different weather conditions suit for different activities, and bad weather is kind of limit to our living styles, that blocks our mind for free. Different people has different definition for bad weather, some like sunny, some cloudy, some rainy, some snowy, some windy, but whatever it is, we want be free in action and mind.
