中国是养猪生产大国，当前猪肉产量占全球产量的40%左右。提高我国养猪生产效率，追求高瘦肉率、优质猪肉，健康养殖是当前养猪生产的首要目标。猪肉是人类膳食的重要组成部分，提高猪肉的产量和质量，对改善人们膳食结构的影响重大。随着世界经济的快速发展，食品安全己经成为继人口、资源和环境的第四大问题，人们的膳食结构也开始由数量型向质量型转化，肉类食品需求的数量大大增加，对肉质也有了更高的要求。 养殖生产向人类提供动物性食品，在数量方面取得了明显突破，但是养殖动物的健康、疾病和动物产品卫生质量又成为业界生产、研究无法回避的问题。国内外都在广泛寻求解决的途径和方法。开发天然资源作为饲料添加剂用以促进动物健康和提高畜产品品质已成为一条不谋而合的重要途径。当今认为天然存在的物质是动物若干万年生存进化适应了的物质，不管这些物质的可知性如何，但其在可知的动植物饲料种类中是必然存在的，据估计有几十万种之多。因此有人认为，要维持人和动物的正常营养和健康，不是几种来源不同的食物可为，而是需要数百种之多。 因此，按照“循环经济”模式[1]，向大自然进军，开发和利用环保型、无公害、有利于人畜健康、可提高动物生产性能和肉品品质、改善动物健康状况的，又不失其天然本色的补充物质或添加剂，包括单体或复合型绿色饲料添加剂，是动物养殖，特别是养猪生产实现健康养殖的迫切需要。 开发利用天然来源的单体物是传统科学研究的理想思路和方法，半胱胺之类的物质就是这种思路和方法的结果。半胱胺是天然存在于动物、植物和人体内的生理活性物质，含有活性的巯基和氨基具有特定生物学功能，参与正常代谢过程，如降低机体生长抑素（Somatostatin，SS）水平 [2,3]，影响GH的合成和分泌等[4]。欧盟药品评估委员会（EMEA）已将其归为“无需制定最大残留量”的有机物，可用于所有生产畜产品的哺乳动物，FDA 和 EMEA 批准半胱胺应用于人体 [5]。它是天然来源、化学成分清楚的单一活性物质，具有广阔发展应用前景的新型绿色饲料添加剂。 |

China has a big share in the pig-breeding market, with the share of 40 percent of the total produce of the whole world.The chief object of pig-breeding is to elevate the efficiency of breeding, pursue high percent of lean meat , produce high-quality and healthy pork. Pork is an important part of human prand, so the structure of the human meal is greatly influenced by the improvement of the output and quality of pork. As the fast development of the world economy, the safety of food has become the forth problem followed by the problem of population,resource and environment. Human’s meal structure begins to vary from quantity to qualification, and people demand more in quantity, also they stress more on quality. We can’t deny that the breeding produce for human beings has brought forward a manifest breakthrough on quantity, but also we can’t evade the problem of the health and quality of the poultry in the world market. People both domestic and abroad are pursuing a solution. It is agreed by most people that making feedstuff additives with natural resources is the only important channel. Nowadays it is regarded that natural feedstuffs have gone through thousands of years of evolution, no matter wheather they are knowable to human.They play an important role in the field of feedstuff with the number of almost hundreds of thousands of years. So many people insist that, if we want to maintain the normal nutrition and health condition, food should be classified as several hundred instead of several. According to the pattern of cycle-economy, it is urgently demanded that we should do as follows:exploit and utilize natural resources without environmental pollution, use materials which are good for human beings, develop the produce performance and the quality of the meat of poultry, improve the health condition of poultry, at the same time, add supplement and additives with the feature of nature including healthy morphon or compound additives. A new ideal way in a traditional study is to exploit and utilize morphon of natural resource, and cysteamine is a good choice. Cysteamine exists in the living animals and plants, owing to sulfhydryl and amido it has special biological function to participate in the normal metabolic process , for example, the decreasing of Somatostatin, the influence of the synthesis and the excrete of GH, etc . Cysteamine has been classified by EMEA as a type of organics with no control , and could be added to all the mammals, and they are also authorized by FDA and EMEA to add into human meals.It is a substance with natural resource, clear single activity, it is sure to be one potential healthy additives within a vast utilized field. |
