电化学免疫传感器基于免疫分析法与电化学技术有机结合而逐渐发展起来的;具有快速分析、高度灵敏、实时监控、操作简单等特点的生物传感器。近来年,随着电化学免疫传感器的研究与发展中,在此类电流型免疫传感器研制中,如何将电活性探针普鲁士蓝、甲苯胺蓝、硫堇等固定化并不泄漏,从而获得高灵敏、高寿命的传感器已成为非标记免疫传感器领域的开发中最为重要和关键问题
采用不同结合方法将电子媒介体普鲁士蓝与碳纳米管,氧化石墨烯和磁性纳米粒子四氧化三铁等制备成纳米复合物

Electrochemical immunosensor was graduall developed based on the combination of immunoanalysis and electrochemical technology, which featured rapid analysis, high sensitivity, on-line detection and ease of operation as a biosensor. With the research and development of electrochemical immunosensor in recent years, it has become the most important and key aspect of non-labeled immunosensor that how to fix electroactive probes without leaking such as prussian blue, toluidine bue and thionin, and further aquire sensors with high sensitivity and long lives.

Nanocomplex was prepared from electron media prussian blue and carbon nanotube, graphene oxide and magnetic iron(III) oxide nanoparticles.
