Job Responsibility 1. Develop, scale up and transfer to production cost-effective and safe purification processes of natural ingredients 2. Identify and implement process improvements for current production processes 3. Lead research projects in a cross-divisional and multi-cultural environment 4. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and both internal and external research partners 5. Maintain a high level of awareness of the advancement of the technology and processes related to the separation processes 6. Manage a small team of technicians Profile 1. Ph.D. in chemical engineering or related field 2. Hands-on experience in the field of separation processes (distillation, adsorption, extraction, etc.) 3. Thorough understanding of unit operations and chemical engineering fundamentals 4. Ability to work independently and drive projects 5. Good inter-personal and communications skills 6. Fluency in English(report to a foreigner.) fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus 7.
