从毛冬青干燥根的乙醇提取物中，利用硅胶柱和D101大孔树脂等色谱手段分离得到 18个化合物；其中有5个乌苏烷型五环三萜皂甙化合物，二个五环三萜化合物，还有一些酚甙类化合物。 药理研究表明，脉络宁新组方药的水提醇沉样（A），在抗血小板聚集实验中表现了很好的活性，且效果优于阳性对照脉络宁注射液及阿斯匹林。在对脉管炎的影响实验中，A样也表现出很好的活性。但是，急性毒性试验显示其毒性较大。但是从A样中分离得到的化合物No.1显示毒性很小，同时，抗血栓实验结果显示：化合物No.1和A样一样在高、中、低剂量时都能明显减少大鼠肝气郁结和寒凝血瘀证血栓的形成，与模型组比较使血栓重量减少27～35%（p<0.05～0.01），其抗血栓作用与脉络宁相当，说明化合物No.1和A样对血瘀症大鼠血小板聚集有一定抑制作用。以上研究表明脉络宁新组方药显示了较好的开发前景。 |
