Do the things you like to relax yourself

When I have been involved in many things for a long time, I wii even not know how to relax myself though I do need an outlet. To tell the truth, I have not been to the markets or the stores for shopping, or seen any films the whole year except the days when my BF was here with me, back from overseas. I am not sure what is your situation as a phd student or graduate student. Maybe your sleeping hours decrease a lot in the periods before graduation and the days waiting for the results of many experiments. In this case what will you do to relax yourself and give your body and your brain some time to breath, to digest, and to refresh for the coming stages? I love poems, so some lyrics and sentences will come up to me often when I am free, alone on the way from the lab to the dorm in the evening, be it sunny, rainy, windy or snowy, be it spring, summer, autumn or winter. Sometimes the busier I am, the more I write. Other times I put nothing down for nearly a month. To write is only one outlet for me. The other is to walk and to see the transitions of seasons in the nature, which is a simplified and convenient way of travelling and climbing. On the first day it warmed up in Zhenjiang a week ago I toured my campus by bicycle in the sunset after supper. I was excited by the pleasant weather and the signals for the coming of a new seasn, the spring, so I made the decision right away, washed my bike that was stored for the whole winter. I wanted to weather the season just like the plants, a worm in the soil. HAHA. It turned out to be a good time for I had not seen the place I work and live well for half a year. I heard the wind, saw the lights were lit one by one in the falling darkness. Only that time I feel I was alive and real, not lonely, not like a machine, not too ordinary. Another similar experience happened yesterday afternoon. My younger friends in the lab invited me to fly a kite around Xiji DU, a famous old port at the Yangtze River. I thought for some seconds that my thesis was not completed and it was pressing and then I was cheered up by the envious kind weather and the golden afternoon. I joined them, bought a kite in the shape of an owl and had a great time. Just do the things you like to relax yourself. i will be grateful if you can share your stories with me. it is a good enjoyment to play with friends ,u know when we want to relax,to cry ,to run,but we always find nobody could do it together ,so enjoy the chance and the company .there is nothing could defeat a young heart and your smile |

It is very important for us all to learn how to relax ourselves . And there are so many ways for choice ,such as do things we like ,or we put or heart in .In my life ,l love to listen some music when l feel boring and tired.Mearnwhile l like to go outside to feel the nuture ,l like to put myself into it to listen the bird's singing ,enjoy the sunlight ect. that's what l do to relax myself . |

I spend time with my love. Feed pigeons, sleep on grass, go to beach, stay together at library, enjoy the breeze from the sea at harbour (Darling Harbour and Circular Quay), and look down the whole city from the Harbour Bridge, enjoy the kiss. All those are memorable. Sometimes when timetable is fixed, we are willing to just spend some time having lunch together, and play some piano.  Great life. |

You will be most comfortable when you get the idea to do in the valuabe free time, not to say those romantic things in the places of beautiful sceneries and with your love. Besides, you have mastered at least one kind of instrument. Good luck. |

we always recalled our school life, that was truely amazing and beautiful. after the graduation, working is the very one thing that keep my mind occupied. entainment, sports, movies, these don't belong to me any more, i just sleep all day long, not a tensy desire to do anything else. my wife and i can not afford a house, so i rent a apartment, but her workplace is a long distance from mine. last night, we are chatting on line, she said, i always cheat myself that i'm in your arms. i want to... i didn't catch the rest words, because i can't help crying. life never get easier, we have to get stronger. we must cherish what we possess now, that is love, it is not a vapour sunshine could disperse;nor dead leaves storm could wash away;it is a name graven on a tablet, fated to last as long as the marble it inscribed on. |

It is very important for us all to learn how to relax ourselves . | do not always do the things to relax yourself. we should relax ourselves only when we need it. mostly,we feel comfortable when we do the things as usual,and feel nervous about the new things or new situation. that is ,everyone has his "comfortable ares".but we need to make progress,which meas we must try something new. so do not always pursue happiness,sometimes we need unhappiness to be excellent ! |
