[交流] 新加坡ntu博后签证咨询，谢谢！已有9人参与

NTU人事秘书发来邮件，需要以下扫描件：
1.    Completed with electronic signatory Form 8 & Form 12 (if applicable)
2.    1 clear copy of your Highest Degree Certificate (*Non-English documents must be accompanied by an official English translation done by a certified translator, High  Commission/Embassy or a notary public.)
   a. Additional document(s) is/are required for:
Diploma/degree qualifications from India
-       Highest Degree Certificate
-       Transcripts and marksheets
      b. Degree qualifications from China
-    Highest Degree Certificate
-    Certificate of Graduation.
-    Document Certifying the authenticity of your Highest Degree certificate from the following approved centres/sites:
·       CHESICC – China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (http://job.chsi.com.cn)
·       CDGDC – China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Information (http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn)
3.    Passport Personal Particular Page for yourself and your dependants (if applicable)
4.    Marriage certificate (*Non-English documents must be accompanied by an official English translation done by a certified translator, High  Commission/Embassy or a notary public.)( (if applicable)
5.    Birth certificates for yourself and your children (*Non-English documents must be accompanied by an official English translation done by a certified translator, High  Commission/Embassy or a notary public.) (if applicable)
6.    Reply Form
7.    Personal Particulars Form
8.    Declaration of Directorship and / Partnership / Proprietorship and Company share Ownership form

请问，1、是不是只要后面有 if applicable 的，就没必要准备？如form 12，婚姻证明、出生证明等；
2、最高学历的英文证明学校档案馆翻译盖章的到底能否用？需要公证处的吗？
或者教育部学信网在线翻译的英文学历报告，有人用过吗？

我今天收到NTU HR的邮件，和你一样的，我也很困惑，尤其是学历学位证明，是不是只要去公证处公正，去China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Information网上认证就好了？DP签证的学历学位证明需要吗？还有一点就是，我刚博士答辩完，我现在只拿到博士毕业证，博士学位证要公示三个月后才能拿到，也就是要2016年三月中下旬才能拿到，而我2016年二月中旬来新加坡，这个博士学位证明怎么公证？
