事业单位在编全职科研岗位人员1名 （1）博士，男性，年龄不超过32周岁； （2）博士专业必须是下列之一：食品科学与工程（0832）、微生物学（071005）、生物化学与分子生物学（071010）、微生物与生化药学（100705）、动物营养与饲料科学（090502）、兽医学（0906）、肿瘤学（100214）、军事预防医学（100406） 、卫生毒理学（100405 ）或生物医学工程（0831）； （3）具有微生物学、毒理学或药理学等研究背景，并以第一作者发表3篇以上SCI收录论文； （4）具有抗菌肽、枯草芽孢杆菌、肿瘤干细胞研究经历者优先；熟悉斑马鱼养殖及试验相关技术优先；SCI收录论文影响因子总和10.0以上者优先； （5）年薪16万以上。 事业单位在编教学科研岗位人员1名： （1）博士，年龄不超过32周岁。 （2）博士专业必须是下列之一：食品科学与工程专业（0832）、基础兽医学（090601）（动物性食品质量与安全方向）、分析化学（070302）或营养与食品卫生学（100403）（分析检测方向）； （3）本科专业必须是下列之一：分析化学（070302）、食品科学与工程（0832）、食品质量与安全或动植物检疫专业； （4）年薪16万以上。 请完全符合上述条件并诚心来深圳工作的虫虫速投递简历至电子信箱 jgdai@szpt.edu.cn。通过材料审核者，将电话通知后续正式报名、面试、调入试用和正式入编等。 |

Thank you for your attention and commonts. In some way,you have taken the words out of my mouth. I myself can not agree with you more. It is very pity I am not responsible for hiring policy in our unit. I wish every real and practical talent would be given a higher treatment in our unit. In other way, I can not agree with you. Firstly, we can not judge a talent value only by his or her past performance. Past performance only belonged to yesterday. Secondly,maybe current situation of our unit is not good enough, maybe the development and future of our unit is hopeless. Thirdly, the goal of any unit to recruit new staff is hoping the new staff be able to bring hope,development and future. A bad university, company or enterprise can become a good one if many real and praciical employees being hired in and there are many opportunities during the changing process. In this Time, money is only money, but opportuntiy is more imporanrt than money. |
