Method B. Compound (I) (i0 g) was added dropwise with stirring to boron trifluoride etherate (8 ml) at a temperature not exceeding 15℃ The diethyl ether was distilled off in vacuum. The resulting complex of (I) with boron trifluoride was treated with phosphorus pentoxide similarly to method A. Compound (II) (5.26 g, 59%) was obtained. Method C. Formic acid (99%; 84 ml) was added at 60~ to the reaction mass obtained by treating (I) (i0 g) and phosphoric anhydride (58 g) in chloroform. After gas evolution had finished, the resulting solution was added to 30% potassium hydroxide solution (300 ml) at a temperature below -5℃ The solid which separated was extracted with chloroform (3 • ]50 ml), and the solution dried over sodium sulfate. The solvent was distilled off in vacuum. The residue was distilled and compound (II) (3.8 g, 43%) was obtained. Propyl ester of ~-isocyanopropionic acid (Ill). This compound was obtained by aknownmethod [12]. Bp 81-82~ (i0 mm), n~ ~ 1.4163: according to literature data bp 81-82℃ (10 mm), 1.4163. |

方法B：在温度不超过15℃搅拌下将化合物（I）（10g）滴加到三氟化硼醚化物（8ml），真空下蒸馏除去乙醚。 得到的复合物（Ⅰ）与三氟化硼用五氧化二磷类似于方法A处理。得到化合物（II）（ 5.26g，59％）。 方法C：将甲酸（99％，84ml），在60 ℃下加入到化合物（Ⅰ）（10g）和五氧化二磷（58g）在氯仿中处理得到的反应物中，有气体逸出后反应完成。在 -5℃下向所得溶液中加入30％氢氧化钾溶液（300ml），用氯仿（ 3×50ml）萃取分离固体，并将该溶液用硫酸钠干燥。在真空下蒸馏出溶剂。剩余蒸馏残余物，得到化合物（II）（3.8g，43％）。 化合物（ Ⅲ），通过已知方法得到该化合物[ 12 ]。BP 81-82℃（10mm），N~ ~1.4163：根据文献资料沸点81-82℃（10mm），1.4163 |
