[求助成功]如何outline each change made (point by point)

hydrometallurgy 要求我修改论文,我不清楚"如何outline each change made (point by point) ".具体如下 "The reviewer has sent me a marked up version of the paper for you to consider during your revision. This will be emailed separately. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments. If you are submitting a revised manuscript, please also: a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments AND/OR b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed " 我不知道outline的格式是什么? 看看这么可以么? Changes 1) delete “To investigate”- done it 2) capital “the”-“The” 3) insert “difference in”-done it 4) 这么操作太麻烦了.还不知道对不对? 那么请问正确的"outline"是如何做的呢?
