Wireless Personal Communications 杂志在线投稿第8项commnets（提示见下）什么意思？只要注明是选第一种还是第二种吗？前者免费，后者收钱？前者期刊里面有图吗？还是只是黑线图不是彩图，如果是的话那加点颜色就收一千刀，彩色贵的吓人啊！第一次投稿，求大牛解释下，在线等！ Entering a Comment is Required for Submission.
