[求助] Ceramics international 期刊状态紧急求助已有5人参与

第一次投外文期刊不懂这个情况到底是什么意思，求帮助

第一次是语言问题被拒，修改语言后再返回去，一天后编辑就给了下面这个邮件。修改好了又投出去10天了，状态一直是under review，亲们遇到过这种情况吗？

The reviewer has commented on your above paper and indicated that it is acceptable for publication with some corrections.
I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript carefully addressing the issues raised in the reviewer's comments (included below).

Please also:

a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments

AND/OR

b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed

To submit your revision, please do the following:

1. Go to: http://ees.elsevier.com/ceri/

2. Enter your login details

3. Click [Author Login]
This takes you to the Author Main Menu.

4. Click [Submissions Needing Revision]

Reviewer's comments:

The revised text has been somewhat improved but several language mistakes are still present. Authors are again asked to have their paper fully revised by a native Englishn speaker or by an official translation technical service.
If a revised text is submitted, all language improvements are to me marked in colour in the revised text.
