有没有在Taylor and Francis出版过的？ 我投到一篇SCI，去年9月正在发表，当时也一直没有说要交版面费的事情，我想这都出版了，就不会问我要版面费了吧。谁知昨天收到一个来自 Kelly.Foale@informa.com的邮件，问我要版面费，有没有遇到这种情况的。当时投稿时，网站上说是超过1页，会100欧元的版面费。我超了4页，附件的发票里要说要给200欧元。 Dear Mr ** Thank you for choosing to publish with Taylor & Francis.
