[求助] 请问进化计算方面有什么SCI期刊已有3人参与

有篇论文是进化算法的，纯算法，没有应用，请问有什么SCI杂志可以投？
新手，自己查了一下，没找到合适的。
影响因子没有要求，请大侠推荐几个难度没那么大的，非常感谢！
