就是要写一个response letter，随修改稿一并提交
主要包括以下内容：
1. point to point response，就是逐条回复审稿意见
2. list of changes，做了哪些修改
通常第2点也可以在逐条回复中列出
觉得审稿人有道理，就表示感谢并附和
比如说：Thanks for your comments, Thanks for your suggestion, or Thanks for correcting us, We totally agree with ...
我们做了如下修改（最好用红色/蓝色highlight出）
比如说：We have changed xxx to yyy, We have added the following sentence: ".........."（用引号）
