Adv Mater 最近发表了杨培东最新综述,主要介绍了纳米线制备过程中形貌、配比的可控合成;在电子元件,传感器,热电、光电、生物。能源等各方面的应用情况,以及其未来发展方向。全文47页,引文350篇。 Semiconductor nanowires (NWs) have been studied extensively for over two decades for their novel electronic, photonic, thermal, electrochemical and mechanical properties. This comprehensive review article summarizes major advances in the synthesis, characterization, and application of these materials in the past decade. Developments in the understanding of the fundamental principles of “bottom-up” growth mechanisms are presented, with an emphasis on rational control of the morphology, stoichiometry, and crystal structure of the materials.
