关于《REVIEW OF SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTS》的decision letter 已有3人参与

本人第一次投sci,没有经验。请教大家几个问题。 投稿大改50天收到decision letter。编辑原话如下： From the reviews, I conclude that a better introduction that describes the present state-of-art is needed. Please address both reviews and submit a revised manuscript. Please explain the changes in such-a-way that we can easily relate them to the comments of the reviewers.
