Job Title: Technical Service Specialist – Sealant
Job Description:
1. Customer satisfaction (including customer approvals on products)
- Visit customers with sales
- Carry out trials with customers
- Answer customer inquiries
- Present products/technology
2. Improve product competitiveness
- Collect information about market intelligence and customer needs identification
- Provide phase 0 ideas for R&D projects, and support the R&D projects with formulation development team
- Find out new product application opportunity
3. Good support to Quality and Performance Improvement
- Support customer claim treatment and root cause analysis
4. Good Support to the lab activity
- Ensure the lab for efficient and good quality work
- Make and implement HSE rules
- Promote team work in the lab
- Develop technical skill of the team working

Job Requirements:
1. University graduate above, major in Rubber/Polymer/ chemistry;
2. Market and commercial knowledge/skills;
3. Lab testing skills;
4. Good command of English;
5. At least 3 years related experience in Rubber/chemical/polymer industry,  Silicone Rubber Industry preferred;
6. At least 2 years technical service experience;
7. Communication skills, Business oriented/market insight, troubleshooting methodology, proactive.
