编辑的原话如下：Although I must reject your manuscript in its current form, I am open to a resubmission following thorough revision. The reviews (which can be found at the end of this correspondence) should guide you in this process. In addition, I suggest that you seek editing help to deal with some of the language translation issues that appear throughout your manuscript. ScholarOne offers professional editing and translation services through the Taylor and Francis website; I am not endorsing this particular option, just pointing it out because I am aware that it exists. If you choose to resubmit your manuscript it will receive a new manuscript number and will be reviewed following the same procedure as this particular submission. If you choose not to resubmit you are, of course, now free to submit your manuscript to another journal. In either case I hope that the reviews will be helpful to you as you revise. 上文有一句“ will be reviewed following the same procedure as this particular submission”，这样的话，是不是就是和重新投稿一样呢？是否还会落到同样的审稿人手中呢？因为推荐的审稿人，所以审稿人的意见还挺好的。但是语言是硬伤。 |
