| 在政府、企业和非营利三大部门边界日益模糊化的背景下，面对资源萎缩而社会责任更重的压力，非营利组织（NPO）谋求与企业合作。从NPO的视角将NPO与企业的合作纳入战略管理的基本框架，认为NPO与企业合作主要存在合作失败、成本过高和公益形象受损的风险。为提高合作的成功率实现NPO的可持续发展，NPO需要在战略环境匹配、战略抉择、战略实施三大环节上采取恰当的应对策略。 |
