| 齿圈压板精冲广泛应用于制造板状精密轮廓零件。但是，由于齿圈压板在变形区所造成的三向压应力大小有限，使齿圈压板精冲工艺存在局限性。目前，针对这一问题，根据强大的三向压应力可以提高材料的塑性的原理，提出了挤压类精冲的方法，并且对于低塑性厚板材料在精冲过程中容易出现的问题，已经做了相关的研究、探索和实验，取得了一些成果。本文介绍了精冲低塑性材料和厚板成形的新方法——挤压复合精冲工艺，通过理论研究和相关实验分析，从精冲原理，过程，材料流动，成形质量因素和成形面特征五个方面对其进行了论述。 |

Fine Blanking of Gear Ring Pressure Plate is widely used in the manufacture of Precise Outline of Plat-like Components.Due to the limitation of the Gear Ring Binder generated deformation area three dimensional stress ,however, the Fine Blanking of Gear Ring Pressure Plate technology has its own limitations. To solve this problem, Extrusion and Fine Blanking Process has currently proposed based on the principle that the material plasticity can be increased by powerful three dimensional stress and beneficial results have been achieved to process problems of low plasticity fine blanking plate material after related research, exploration and experimentation .
