Are you addicting yourself to smartphone

Smartphones have been changing our life every single day. I also realize that most of us select to chat with friends on smartphone but not try to talk with parents while they are sitting byside you. I am trying not to use the PC or smartphone when I am coming back from work each day. Lets talk about this topic. Try to give some adivice on how to avoid checking our phone every 1min even if there is no new message received. Cheers. |

One classic saying: The Internet is a double-edged sword. Normally, people love one thing at the beginning, then get used to it slowly, and get fed up with it in the end.
