In order to solve the problem of low 1,3 - propanediol yield and low 1,3 - propanediol conversion rate of recombinant Klebsiella pneumoniae fermentation production , we studied the influence of sucrose and glucose as two kinds of cosubstrate on the fermentation process in 1,3 - propanediol batch fermentation producing of recombinant Klebsiella pneumoniae and optimized the fed-batch model. The results showed that the best way is glucose as cosubstrate and exponential fed-batch with highest 1,3 - propanediol yield of 85.2g / L, 1,3 - propanediol conversion rate 0.63mol/mol. 1,3 - propanediol production is 37.35% and 1,3 - propanediol conversion rate 25.00% more than simple use of glycerol as a carbon source . |
