      该基质的电荷迁移的吸收带位于200 nm~300 nm,据此可推测名义组成的荧光粉在200 nm~350 nm范围内的吸收带是由基质吸收引起,可看出铕离子的掺杂使得该吸收带略为宽化。但值得注意的是:在名义组成的荧光粉的漫反射光谱中,在400 nm左右有一个小吸收,且其吸收限在420 nm之前,与LED蓝光荧光粉发射波长几乎不存在重叠,这种减少的光子重吸收为其在紫外LED应用中提供了前提;同时,Eu3+相对较弱线吸收则被较强的电荷迁移吸收所覆盖。因此,名义组成的荧光粉具备了作为一种应用于紫外LED芯片的高效红色荧光粉的重要前提。漫反射光谱与激发光谱吻合,说明荧光粉吸收的能量能够有效地激发发光中心。

It is noteworthy that there exists an absorption peak around 400 nm, which not beyond 420 nm, it is hardly overlapped by blue light LED emission wavelength, so it proved the precondition in its application in blue light LED by reducing multi-photon absorption.


同时,Eu3+相对较弱线吸收则被较强的电荷迁移吸收所覆盖。因此,名义组成的荧光粉具备了作为一种应用于紫外LED芯片的高效红色荧光粉的重要前提。
At the same time, weakly linear absorption in Eu3+ is overlapped by the strong charge transition band. Therefore, the nominal composition of phosphor powder has an important premise for being applied in UV LED (chip,可不译出)with high efficiency red-emission.

The diffuse reflectance spectra fitted well with the excitation spectra, the results show that the energy absorbed by this phosphor powder could effectively excite the luminescence centers.
