近年来,固相微萃取与顶空分析结合也被应用于测定水中挥发性有机物, 但方法重现性方面还需要进一步完善。 比较起来静态顶空方法在水中挥发性有机物分析方 面具有样品处理简单, 操作方便,干扰少等优点,因而被广泛关注,有些已被列入标准方法。 该方法的突出优点是样品处理简单,不使用有机溶剂,无需特殊设备,容易实现自动化。 本文主要报道顶空分析技术基本原理及部分应用实例。 |

In recent years, solid-phase microextraction combined with headspace analysis has also been applied to determination of volatile organic compounds in water, though it is necessary for the repeatability of this method to be further improved. By comparison,in determination of volatile organic compounds in water, the static headspace method has advantages of easy handling of samples, easy operation, less interference, etc.,and thus it is widely noted, some has been included in standard methods. The highlights of this method are characterized by that it is easy to handle samples without any organic solvent and automatable without any special equipment. In this paper, the basic principle of headspace analysis technics and some examples of its application are described. 供参考 |
