[交流] SCI终于到手了，可格式请教METALLURGICAL AND MATERIALS TRANSACTIONS-B 已有1人参与

发回来的要求有些看不懂，如有大神详解为谢！！！

METALLURGICAL AND MATERIALS TRANSACTIONS

E-TP-14-16-B PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING CHECKED ITEMS TO THE EDITOR'S OFFICE:
  Paper Number

______ 1.  One copy of manuscript (in “doc” format – preferably Word ) for Printer.  All material, including abstract, footnotes,
figure captions, and references should be DOUBLE SPACED.

_____       a.  Abstract (typed DOUBLE SPACED). NOTE THAT COMMUNICATIONS NOW REQUIRE AN ABSTRACT..

_____       b.  Number the pages of your text.

_____       c.  If you number your equations, check for correct numbering.

______    d.  List of figure captions (using DOUBLE SPACING throughout).  The printer uses the figure caption list
                     for his copy rather than the caption accompanying each figure.  Therefore, the figure caption list should
                     contain the complete caption which the author wishes to appear beneath the figure in the published paper.

_______ e.  All tabulated data identified as tables should be given a table number and a descriptive caption.
Tables  should be numbered consecutively, using Roman numerals. (Word format preferred)

_____    f.  Separate, individual figure and table files (TIFF, EPS, JPEG, PPT or Doc format).

______    g.  Photomicrographs or similar figures must have a specified magnification.  Magnification markers on the
                        figures are preferred, but magnification may be given in the figure caption list.

____ 2.  Author Information Form (use form attached).

_____ 3.  Classification Form (use form attached).

_____ 4.  Copyright Transfer Form.  In accordance with our copyright law, we require that the enclosed Copyright
Transfer form be signed by all authors at different institutions (e.g., if there are only two authors, and they are at different institutions, we must have both authors’ signatures).  No paper will be sent to the printer until we have received the
                  completed form.  For full details, please refer to Instructions for Authors on inside covers of journal.

_____    5.  Cover letter.  This should outline briefly the manner in which reader comment (optional or mandatory) was
                  handled.  It should explain your position on MANDATORY comment which DID NOT result in revision.

_____    6.  REFERENCES.  To aid the printer,  DOUBLE SPACE references. Sample journal reference:
                  J.J. Doe, H.H. Anon, and I.B. Smith:  Metall. Mater. Trans., 1994, vol. 25A, pp. 1-10.

Please always use inclusive page numbers in references.
Please do not use “et al.” in references.  Write out all authors’ or editors’ names.
