4 Determination of sulfide in river sediments (GC-9AFPD)
To a 25ml headspace vial, add 1.0g of river sediment and 5.0ml of distilled water,

after shaking thoroughly, add 1.0ml of 1:1 sulfuric acid to produce H2S from sulfide,

cap plug rapidity, shake for 1 min，allow to stand at room temperature for 30 min to

reach an equilibrium.Inject 100μl of headspace gas with a vapor-tight syringe, record

the chromatograms.
