2 Various gas-liquid phase ratio method To each of three 25ml headspace vials, add respectively 1.0ml, 2.0 and 5.0ml of synthetical water sample containing 0.357mg/L benzene, allow to stand at 23℃ for 60min, inject 300μl of headspace gas with a vapor-tight syringe, record the chromatograms. Add 1.0μl of 357mg/L benzene/methanol sample to a 25ml headspace vial containing 0.20ml of water, cap plug immediately, allow to stand at 23℃ for 60min, inject 300μl of the gas, record the chromatograms. |
