1 两次和多次相平衡方法 取改进的50ml 玻璃注射器作为平衡器, 吸入25ml 水样, 再吸入25ml 高纯氮气, 用硅橡胶垫密封, 在室温下, 手摇1min 平衡, 用气密型注射器抽200μl 气体进样, 记录峰面积。然后打开密封垫,将上部顶空气体排出室外, 再吸入25ml 氮气摇动 平衡, 如此反复多次。 |

1 Double and multiple phase equilibration method Draw in 25ml of water sample with a 50ml modified glass syringe as equilizer, then draw in 25ml of high purity nitrogen, seal with silicone rubber packing, shake manually at room temperature for 1min to equilibrate, inject 200μl of gas with asyringe, record the chromatograms.Then open the seal packing to exhaust upper headspace gas to the outside, draw in 25ml of nitrogen, shake to equilibrate, and repeat this several times. |
