The magnetic and magnetotransport properties of SrRuO3 epitaxial thin films grown on (001)-oriented SrTiO3 substrates by dc magnetron sputtering were studied in detail. The analysis of the electric transport data suggests a crossover from Fermi-liquid to non-Fermi-liquid behavior at similar to 50 K. Apart from this, a low-temperature upturn in the resistivity of the film is observed which is possibly associated with disorder-induced localization effects. Interestingly, the rho(T) in the paramagnetic state follows a T-1/2 dependence. This behavior is similar to that observed in bulk SRO single-crystals. Most strikingly, the temperature-dependent magnetoresistance exhibits two distinct dips (one around ferromagnetic ordering temperature and the other around 40 K), resembling a double-well potential in appearance. Concerning the magnetic behavior of the films, it is found that the low-temperature magnetization diminishes with increasing temperature due, probably, to thermally excited magnons as well as Stoner excitations. In turn, the magnetization near T-c follows the scaling law, M infinity(T-c - T)(alpha), with alpha approximate to 0.39. The magnitude of alpha seems to be consistent with three-dimensional (3D) Ising-type ferromagnetic behavior. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved

SrRuO3外延薄膜的磁性和磁输运性质(001)通过直流磁控溅射型SrTiO3衬底上进行了详细的研究。电动交通工具的数据分析表明,交叉的费米液体的非费米液体行为类似于50 K。除此之外,在膜的电阻率的低温复苏是观察这可能与疾病引起的定位效应。有趣的是,Rho(T)在顺磁状态如下的T1 / 2的依赖。这种行为是类似于散装SRO单晶中观察到的。最引人注目的是,依赖于温度的电阻表现出两种不同的倾角(一个在铁磁有序温度和其他约40 K),类似于双势阱的外观。对薄膜的磁行为,发现低温磁化强度随温度的升高而减少,可能,热激发的磁振子以及斯托纳激发。反过来,在T-C磁化如下的标度律,M无穷大(T-C - T)(α),α近似为0.39。α的大小似乎是一致的三维(3D)型伊辛铁磁行为。(C)2012 Elsevier公司保留所有权
