今天收到一个邀请信，内容如下：

As Editor-in-Chief for the "Journal of Coating Science and Technology", I am pleased to invite you to submit your research or review article for the inaugural issue of the journal.

The purpose of this unique journal is to publish original peer-reviewed research papers, short communications and reviews. The journal seeks to promote and disseminate knowledge on advanced coatings synthesis and characterization, namely PVD and CVD films for tribological, biomedical, protective and decorative applications.

We are receiving papers for the forthcoming issues, in case you are interested in contributing then please send me your proposed manuscript by email as soon as possible. Please refer to Guidelines for Authors for detailed information about submitting your paper at the Online Manuscript Submission and Tracking System website.  In case, you feel that one of your colleagues will be in a better position and interested to submit a paper, then please let us know 'or' request him to send a manuscript proposal.

看了也不是什么知名的数据库收录，但是期刊主题内容很我的研究对路，不清楚这个网站和期刊将来到底怎么样，大家有投稿这个数据库上面期刊的吗？给指点一下，也算是交流交流，谢谢了！
