[交流] Time is going on,we should go on

I always believe that difficulties and setbacks are wealth for one's growing up.Sometimes we feel sorry for the things we have done,but we can't lost in those things.Because time is going on,we should go on.
Time is cruel,but it's also fair,no matter who he is.I very like one sentence,that's "yesterday is history,tomorrow is a mystery ,and today is a gift".
When we have food,drinking,the time is going on.When we are working,the time is going on.When we are sleeping,the time is going on,and so on.Time is going on,and this not means we need to be sensitive to time,we are growing up .Just try best to utilize the time,if we try our best,we will fell good,whatever the result is good or bad.
Nowadays,many people occasionally fell stress,some from our work,some from relationships,some from others.Including me,sometimes I also experience stress.Maybe I just take a exercise to overtake it,or take a shower along with music.Perhaps you have better advice,if could,please tell me.
