关于管内流动cfd模拟，大家帮忙看下 已有4人参与

最近在模拟凝结水管道内部流动情况，模型如图所示，入口为箭头所指的上方24个管道，算到每个入口的流速为1.2m/s。 然后遇到的问题是 1.用标准ke模型，略微调小了点亚松弛因子，计算了1w步，还是没有收敛。残差都是e-3，主要监控速度。 2.因为入口的速度为1.2m/s，在汇流后我感觉流速应该会增大，都是4个入口汇流成一个出口。所以我感觉流速应该会变大，但是最后的模拟结果显示最大速速不过在2.5m/s，这个情况会不会出现了什么问题。 3.最后一个问题就是，两台330MW的机组，单台流量在689t/h，为什么我总感觉这个速度1.2m/s有点小。 跪求大家帮忙答疑解惑。感激不尽了。   [ Last edited by 哇塞骰 on 2014-2-22 at 18:02 ] |
