Senior Research Scientist – Lubricant Additives (Reference No. : 20140221A) GBU/Function : Novecare Direct Hierarchy (Position) : Lab Manager Job family: R&D Job Location: Shanghai Country : China No. of Needs: 1 Validate From : Feb.21, 2014 To : Mar.7, 2014 Vacancy description 1. Innovation and application development for lubricant additives Use our amine and phosphor technology platform to develop new products and applications in lubricant additives Align with business and market to support business growth. 2. Product application support Provide technical support of customers on our products. Proficiency in the knowledge and application of lubricant additives products at customer ends. 3. Technical service to customers Provide technical solution to customers who encounter difficulties in using our products Educate customers about the usage and management of our products Customer visits to solve their problem and reinforce business relationship with them. 4. Regional business/sales support Assist business / sales team with respect to technical service Assist business / sales team on short-term projects related to lubricants and metal-working fluids. 5. Laboratory management. Ensure proper house keeping and systematic records of experiment results Ensure traceability and repeatability of experiment results Improve technical service quality and competency Improve and emphasize laboratory safety 6. Integration into global R&I technical network Help to build a strong IF technical team Play active role in regional and global R&I activities on lubricants Understand the R&I direction and technology development for lubricants Profile Ph.D degree in Chemistry 8 – 10 year working experience in MNC or leading Chinese Research Institutes or Universities in the field of lubricant additives. 请将简历发到：zhaofei.chen@solvay.com，代投简历 |
