[交流] 这个要不要撤稿已有1人参与

投了一个期刊，审稿4个多月了。还是under review，然后发邮件催了一下，回复如下：13 reviewers were invited to review the manuscript of which one has provided the review comments and we are yet to receive response from one reviewer; other reviewers have declined the invite。Once the required reviews are complete, the editor will be able to make a final decision for the manuscript.
