关于《JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD CHEMISTRY》投稿格式等问题 已有1人参与

最近在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》上投了一篇稿件，因为格式问题被退回来，有点问题还不太明白，麻烦有经验的虫友指教一下！下面是编辑回复的邮件: THE SUBMISSION REQURIEMENTS BELOW ARE MANDATORY >1. Lines in the abstract and text should be numbered consecutively from beginning to end in a separate column on the left hand margin, and thus should not restart on every page. Please also double-space the lines. > If you are unable to add line numbers please email the Help Desk (support@services.acs.org) for assistance. > 2. Please number each figure on the page it is on and also add the heading TOC to the TOC. > Once your changes are completed log into ACS ParagonPlus at https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs and select "My Authoring Activity". There you will find your manuscript title listed under "Unsubmitted Manuscripts". Your original files are available to you when you upload your manuscript. If you are replacing files, please remove the old version of the file from the manuscript before uploading the new file. > Supporting Information: If needed, a paragraph titled Supporting Information Available should be included after the acknowledgment paragraph. The last line of the paragraph should read as follows: This information is available free of charge via the Internet at http: //pubs.acs.org. > Please contact the Editorial Office if you have further questions. 问题： 我的文章已经是双倍行距的了，是不是就选中摘要和正文以及参考文献直接加入行号就行了？ 手稿中我的每个图下面都有Figure 1 图题，Figure 2 图题等文字，他要求给图形编号是什么意思？每个图都单独列一页吗？ 投稿时，直接就把原来的稿件删掉，再把我修改好的稿子重新上传就行了吗？还是重新投稿，并在 cover letter里也写上我的稿件编号，以及针对修改意见的说明？ 关于支持信息那部分我不太明白编辑是什么意思。 急需帮助!不胜感激！ |
